1. Eligibility for Return
You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The item is in the same condition as it was when received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened products unless they are defective.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process if applicable.

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the return is not approved due to used or damaged products, no refund will be issued.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging. In this case, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened candles.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or final clearance.
Gift cards.
